Reporting to the Operations Director, the Follow-up & Discipleship Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the relationships formed during the summer between the camp and camper are maintained and built upon throughout the year. Duties include pairing campers and their families with churches in Prince George that are close to them, liaising between NLBC and other Christian parachurch organizations, and interacting with campers throughout the year, through various programs such as youth groups and outreaches.
