Facilities Manager


Reporting to the Executive Director, the Facilities Manager is responsible for the standardized operation and maintenance of all of NLBC's buildings, plumbing, electrical, roads and vehicles. Duties include regulating and treating reservoir water, fixing and maintaining vehicles such as plow equipment and ski boats, and giving direction toward capital building projects. Joseph is also qualified with Occupational First Aid (Level 3) and acts as one of NLBC's First-Aid Attendants.
