Reporting to the Operations Director, the Year-Round Crew member is responsible for performing a variety of operational duties such as snow removal and maintenance, and guest-service duties such as housekeeping and setting up for events. Additionally, the Year-Round Crew member may specialize in a following department such as groundskeeping, program, food services or guest-services.
