Reporting to the Executive Director, the Office Assistant / Storeperson will be responsible for assisting the Executive Director and Office Manager in clerical needs required of the summer operation (i.e. support letter publishing, camper registration, cabin assignments and processing phone calls) and for the management of the store, including sale of items such as t-shirts and hoodies, and daily tuck.
The Office Assistant / Storeperson will demonstrate proven clerical proficiency, including proficiency in desktop and web-based platforms such as the Microsoft Office Suite and will hold a proven ability to handle sensitive material such as camper medical information in a competent, professional and confidential manner. He or she will also hold experience in cash handling and basic accounting skills, and will preferably hold at least one year of experience in retail.
This position is in effect from June 21 to August 31.
