Reporting to the Food Services Manager, the Kitchen Team Lead will provide direction to the Kitchen Team in the absence of or alongside the Food Services Manager. He or she will assume responsibility for the timely preparation and service of food in accordance with FoodSafe requirements, and will mentor Kitchen Helpers as their food-service skills grow throughout the summer.
The Kitchen Team Lead will hold a current FoodSafe certification (or will acquire one before his or her position begins), and will possess previous cooking experience.
This position is in effect from June 1 to August 30.
