GUEST SERVICES MANAGER
Johanna has been involved at Ness since 2013 and has loved all of her time here. In past summers she has been a cabin leader, work crew boss, and the A-Team lead. (If you go through old rules videos you might be able to find her.)
As the Guest Services Manager she reports to the Executive Director and is responsible for all facility and activity rentals, and for acting as the primary liaison between NLBC and its guest groups. This includes management of bookings, billings, staff coordination, and scheduling. Additionally, Johanna is responsible for the quality assurance of NLBC's many amenities, as well as some marketing and promoting Ness Lake Bible Camp.
In the summer you won't see her as much but she does bring in van loads of candy for tuck regularly!
