GUEST SERVICES MANAGER

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Guest Services Manager is responsible for all facility and activity rentals, and for acting as the primary liaison between NLBC and its guest groups. This includes management of bookings, billings, staff coordination and scheduling. Additionally, the Guest Services Manager is responsible for the quality assurance of NLBC's many amenities, as well as some marketing and promoting Ness Lake Bible Camp.
