Reporting to the Board of Directors of Ness Lake Bible Camp, and to the Field Director of One Hope Canada for British Columbia, the Executive Director oversees and is responsible for the entire operation/direction of the camp, including its personnel.

The Executive Director's responsibilities include fundraising and donor relations, evaluating the need for and implementing capital projects, and liaising between NLBC and its Board of Directors, and its parent organization, One Hope Canada.

 

Dave started working for Ness Lake Bible Camp as a year round missionary in 2005 and has served as a Program Intern, Program Manager, Operations Director and now as the Executive Director since March of 2022.
