CABIN TEAM
Reporting to the Head Leaders, the cabin team fill a central role as a member of the Cabin Team. Together with their co-leader, they are responsible for a cabin of up to 10 children or teens. They also provide skill leadership and activity instruction such as Archery, Wakeboarding and Jungle Swing.
To be considered for the Cabin Team, they will demonstrate a strong dependance on God for energy and wisdom, responsibility in their use of authority and the proven ability to patiently command a group. They are willing and able to work especially long days, and to be called upon during the night. They work well as a part of a team, and feel that God has called them to this ministry.

Kitchen Team
As a member of the Kitchen Team, they thrive when you see the impact of their work in meaningful ways. Providing healthy meals under the direction of the Food Services Manager three times a day for over 200 people is exhausting, but extremely important work. If you see yourself advancing in the Food Service industry, we would love to have a hand in equipping you with resume experience.
To be considered for Kitchen Team, they demonstrate a strong work ethic and an ability to follow directions well. They enjoy preparing food, and demonstrate a concern for safety. They are a positive influence on their peers, and seek to grow in Christ as you maximize your time at NLBC.

To be considered for the Support Team, they demonstrate a heart of service, and a love for the children that camp serves, and for the God that created them.
