auxiliary team lead
Reporting to the Programs Director, the Auxiliary Team (A-Team) Lead is responsible for providing leadership to members of the A-Team, both permanent and temporary. Duties include liaising between the Head Leader Team, Facilities Manager, Programs Director and Work Crew Bosses to determine tasks to be completed by A-Team members. He or she will also be expected to work alongside and develop mentoring relationships with A-Team members.
The A-Team Lead will demonstrate a proven aptitude for leadership, and will be capable of leading by example. He or she will be passionate about mentorship and skill development, and will hold an ability to work well under superversion, and to supervise others. He or she will also be able to effectively manage the performance of workers under his or her supervision.
This position is in effect from June 21 to August 31.
